Quattro Years 81/82  The first Quattro year marks the four-wheel-drive revolution. It all starts at Austria’s Jänner Rally with Franz Wittmann’s epic win. In autumn, Audi pilot Michèle Mouton is the first woman to win a World Rally Championship round. It’s only logical to call this movie “Victory of an Idea”. The second Quattro year 1982 yields the Makes World Championship for Audi and makes the choice of our movie’s title an easy task: “The World Champion”.
